1. Check the position of materials on the assembly line

The material is not in the center of the cross section of the assembly line, which will cause the conveyor belt of the assembly line to deviate. If the material goes to the right, the belt goes to the left and vice versa. During use, materials should be centered as much as possible. In order to reduce or avoid this kind of assembly line conveyer belt deviation, can add baffle, change the direction and position of material.


2. Check the deviation value of the two planes of the head and tail frame mounting bearing seat

If the deviation between two planes of the assembly line is more than 1 mm, the two planes shall be adjusted to the same plane. The adjustment method of the head drum is that when the conveyor belt moves to the right of the drum, the bearing seat on the right side of the drum moves forward or the bearing seat on the left side moves backward when the conveyor belt moves to the left of the drum, the bearing seat on the left side of the drum moves forward or the bearing seat on the right side moves backward. The adjustment method of the tail drum is opposite to that of the head drum.


3. Check the non-coincidence degree between the horizontal center line of the supporting roller in the assembly line and the longitudinal center line of the belt conveyor

If the non-overlap value is greater than 3 mm, it should be adjusted using the long mounting holes on both sides of the idler set. In particular, which side the belt is leaning, which side of the idler is moving forward, or the belt is moving forward, or the other side is moving forward.
