2. Check the power part of the assembly line equipment

Some of the transmission motors and frequency converters of the assembly line may fail for a long time due to the negligence of equipment maintenance personnel. These important parts should be regularly repaired and maintained, and the faults should be checked one by one and dealt with in time.

3. Check the transmission part and line body support of the assembly line equipment

The driving part includes driving roller, adjusting roller, bearing, sprocket, etc. If there is a malfunction, the belts on the assembly line can stray or get stuck. These parts may also loosen or slide due to vibration of assembly line equipment. These devices are parts of automation equipment that require routine maintenance.
