Adjust the distance of the probe of the lithium battery sorting machine to the distance between the moment slot of the battery under test to keep the same. Let the xenon lamp of the sorter flash 5-10 times, and calibrate the sorter with the standard piece. Then test and sort the battery pieces, and the standard battery calibration test bench must be used before testing and sorting the battery pieces. After testing and sorting, the battery should be sorted out, and the mixing of solar cells with different power is prohibited, and the battery should be graded with 0.1W. During the test, the operator must wear finger cover, and it is forbidden to test and sort without wearing finger cover. When taking and putting the battery, it should be as light as possible, so as not to make the battery subject to friction, which will cause damage to the anti-reflection film.
