1. When the sorting of a certain type of battery is finished and there is no material alarm, long press green to start for 3 seconds to empty the material, or wait for 30 seconds, the system will automatically enter the ending mode and automatically sort the remaining material to the material trough. After sorting, the device will be free of material and please feed.
2. Before each operation of the battery sleeve marking and sorting machine, the battery on the sorting machine hand shall be cleared, and the system reset button shall be pressed to make the device enter the initial state, and then the operation button shall be pressed.
3. The positive and negative terminals of the battery to be sorted should be cleaned, and dust and other debris should be avoided to pollute the detection probe to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.
4. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, it is recommended to clean the probe with alcohol every 4 hours and replace the probe every month under normal production conditions.
