1.Equipment Application Scope and Function Introduction1.1Scope of application:The charge discharge test equipment is mainly used for the charge discharge cycletest of lithium battery.

1.2Test Items:

Battery charging protection voltage, discharge protection voltage, capacity, etc. Theequipment has four test steps: charging, discharging, shelving and cycling. By editingthe corresponding steps, the battery can be tested according to the set process.

2.Main Performance of Test Equipment:

2.1 Charge Discharge Function:It has constant current and constant voltage charging function and constant currentdischarge function. It can charge and discharge the battery and record the batterycapacity.

2.2 Charge Discharge Interface:

Fully meet the requirements of battery pack charging and discharging same port andcharging and discharging sub port, i.e. 2 wires (P+ P -) and 3 wires (P+ P- C-)。 Atthe same time, it can aging the electric tool battery with positive plate chargingprotection and negative plate discharge protection(CH+ P+ P-).

2.3 Check Voltage Protection:

By charging and discharging the battery, check whether the charging protection anddischarge protection of the battery work.

2.4 Safety Protection:

Anti reverse connection protection function; Upper and lower voltage limit protection;Safe discharge current protection.

2.5 Online mode:

If the instrument is single or less than 5, it can be connected to PC through serial port;When more than 5 sets adopt the network connection mode, the PC only needs toprovide a network port to control less than 60 sets of instruments.

2.6 Control System:

The software system adopts the classic and mature C / S mode, and thecommunication modes include serial port and network. The serial port can realize theaccurate communication of several instruments in a short distance, and the networkcan realize the accurate communication of multiple instruments in a long distance.

2.7 Upper Computer Software:

Based on the Windows operation interface, the SQL database is used to store the testdata, which is very convenient for the staff to query and export the data online. Thecharge discharge aging curve can be viewed according to the battery bar code, timeand equipment number, and the curve can be exported at the same time.
