1.This machine is an integrated optimization scheme (5-in-1 ) machine developed according to the needs of the technical departments of several large mobile power supply and notebook battery manufacturers.

Realization

2.All functions are individually selected and combined into an integrated machine.

3.Convenient feeding: the feeding hopper of the machine is designed obliquely, and the boxed electric core can be fed directly in the whole box, which is convenient and efficient; The hopper can hold more than 500 cells at a time. In addition, a manual feeding platform is added to facilitate the manual feeding of your battery pack with support at present.

4.Intelligent detection / automatic elimination: select a high-precision voltage internal resistance tester to automatically test the positive and negative of battery internal resistance, voltage and polarity, automatically eliminate unqualified batteries, improve efficiency and prevent short circuit caused by manual reverse polarity; The qualified products flow to the next station to press and paste the positive insulating gasket, and the products that are not pasted with the insulating gasket will be automatically detected and eliminated.

5.BK300 internal resistance tester of our company is equipped as standard. The upper and lower limits of internal resistance voltage can be set by ourselves (compatible with various existing internal resistance instruments in the factory). The computer data storage function can call the set parameters at any time.

6.The voltage internal resistance detection function can be turned off and optional.

7.Wider applicability: add the battery polarity rotation mechanism to the original scheme to make it suitable for other battery combinations that need to be connected in series.

8.No de-gumming design for sticking insulating sheet: the back glue and die are separated before stamping. Compared with other machines on the market, there is no need to keep spraying glue and separating liquid, and there is no need to clean the die frequently. 

9.The consistency of the fitting position, the middle ring small hole is separated after punching, the backing paper is aligned with the punching, and the material is received, so as to reduce the influence of residual back glue on the mold and receiving wheel. The consistency of the patch is good, which does not affect the automatic welding at the back.

10.The insulating gasket is firmly and accurately bonded: the positive pole of the electric core is firmly pasted with insulating tape, and the hole position is accurate, which does not affect the high-speed positioning welding. The positive insulation pad (0.25-0.5 thick highland barley paper or yellow paper) is automatically punched and cut in the whole roll of incoming materials, with tight fitting and good insulation performance. Compared with high-temperature rubber insulation, it can prevent nickel sheet burr. Uncoated cells can be detected and eliminated automatically.

11.High spot welding efficiency and good quality: 12 energy-saving cells can be combined in series and parallel, and the positive and negative poles of the cells can be spot welded at the same time, saving time and cost. Long nickel pieces can be left at the front end of multiple groups, and long nickel pieces can be left at the front and back of a single group. The structural design is welded first and then cut. When combined in parallel, the cell will not shake up and down. Compared with other equipment in the market, the connection is tighter and more firm, which can save the glue work in the middle of the cell and eliminate the possibility of nickel pieces loosening when the finished product falls.

12.The whole spot welding process does not need human participation, which effectively ensures the consistency of spot welding effect, and eliminates the requirements of manual spot welding on the technical level of workers. When discharging, the battery pack is flat and placed into the belt, non outflow type, and the nickel sheet is not easy to deform.

13.The nickel strip adopts disc-shaped nickel strip to reduce waste. The length of nickel strip can be set freely, which is simple and efficient; The width of nickel sheet is 2-6mm adjustable, the length position accuracy is less than 0.2mm, and the spot welding accuracy is ≤± 0.2mm.

14.The welding machine is equipped with high-performance energy storage welder, without sparks and traces. In addition, it can be equipped with Japanese Miyaki welding machine current monitor to automatically alarm for poor welding. It can also be equipped with your original welding machine. Our company provides assembly transformation to save the cost of repeated investment welding machine.

15.After the product is processed, it flows into the next station, and a manual receiving platform is added to facilitate the layout of the production line.

16.Using this machine to process the same number of products in the same process can save more than 12 labor, and the equipment investment only needs 6 months to recover the cost.
