1. Avoid tripping hazards

The danger of falling must be avoided. Electrical wiring on and off the site must be tied with safety belts or qualified cable trays. All assembly line equipment and materials should be properly kept, protected, in case of emergency can be immediately sheltered. If the floor has pits, it shall be protected by visible guardrails or handrails or of suitable material and shall be covered and secured as required by the contractor's coordinator to prevent slips.

2. The working table can be moved

Do not walk far enough on the railing or jump over the railing installation. An assembly line bench in an elevated position cannot be moved, cut off or removed from the manufacturer's installed safety devices. For the customer, the support bracket must be installed in place and marked with the company name before using the mobile workbench. Temporary parking of mobile benches shall be approved by the contractor coordinator.

3. Fire

Storage of all assembly line equipment, materials, etc. (although only temporary storage) must be approved by the Client Contractor Coordinator. According to the field fire protection code, the automated production line contractor must provide the necessary fire protection/fire protection equipment, such as: fire extinguishers, fire blankets, exhaust fans, etc.

4. Safety identification

Obstacles, ropes, fences, alarms, columns or conical piers, or other appropriate signs, shall be installed at the assembly line installation site to ensure that the construction site is not accessible to persons who are disorderly.
