Introduction

Pouch cell electrolyte filling and degassing machine is suitable for filling and degassing procedures of battery capacitors. It adopts vacuum and then filling and then degassing. The electrolyte accuracy, absorption consistency and high reliability.

Main features

One machine includes injection and degassing functions;

* Has extremely high measurement accuracy and repeat consistency;

* Vacuum first and then filling, high efficiency, accurate precision, convenient and reliable operation;

*The injection accuracy is ±0.5%, and the injection volume is 0.2 ml～200 ml;

*The entrance and exit are connected by chemically resistant hoses;

*Can be operated in glove box or drying room;

*Exquisite and beautiful appearance, stable performance;

*PLC, touch screen operation, flexible parameters, high automation program;

Filling workflow

*Put the product into the vacuum chamber;

*Press the start switch, and press down on the transparent sealed upper cavity, so that the battery is in a sealed vacuum cavity;

* Vacuum, after reaching the vacuum degree and the set time, it will automatically inject liquid. After filling one product, the hand-operated worktable can switch to another product to inject liquid, and so on.

*Then the system will automatically stand still;

*After degassing still, take out the product to complete.

Remarks: The vacuuming time and degassing time can be set according to the situation.

Environmental requirements

*Ambient temperature: determined by the customer's factory environment;

*Power supply: 220V, 50HZ, voltage fluctuation range: +10%～-10%;

*Compressed air: After drying, filtering and stabilizing: the outlet pressure is greater than 4.0kg/cm2; if it is placed in the glove box, the compressed gas used is the same as that in the glove box;

*Vacuum source: vacuum pump 2 liters/sec, above -98KPa, or pipeline vacuum (above -98KPa);

*Includes two functions: filling and degassing;
